The Department of Surgery at the Keck School & Hospital of USC is seeking an experienced BC/BE kidney transplant surgeon with superb surgical, teaching, and administrative leadership skills to serve as the Director of the Kidney Transplantation Program.

Candidates must be experts & leaders in abdominal organ transplantation with a proven track record of surgical excellence in all aspects of donor and recipient kidney transplantation;
Demonstrate evidence of ability to grow and effectively oversee administrative infrastructure of a kidney transplant program and expansion of pancreas transplant surgery program;
Have ability to provide outstanding patient care while managing and continually improving quality of care, physician productivity & efficiency;
Possess experience in leadership roles, with willingness to become involved in local, regional, and national organizations that reflect on the management of Transplantation policy and practice i.e. UNOS, OPO cmtes, etc.
Possess strong interest in teaching effectiveness with medical students, interns, residents and fellows.
